Why "Lebanon Diet"?
Because a supplement never stands alone. The Lebanese table — vegetables, pulses, olive oil, fish — is the foundation, and a supplement is a small step added to it. That is why every product page here carries a "from a nutrition angle" note: what to eat with it, what to cut, and what no supplement can make up for.
From 2001 to 2022 this domain hosted the website of Lebanon’s association of nutrition professionals — the Lebanese Dietetic Association, then the Lebanese Association for Nutrition and Food Sciences (LANFS), then the Lebanese Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics (LAND). The current site is independent and not connected to any of them, but it keeps the same spirit — nutrition first — and has restored the archive pages. Domain history → · Archive 2001–2022 →
