Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to fulfil your order, and we sell your data to no one.

What we collect

• On ordering: name and phone number, the product requested, and the page language.
• Technically: IP address and browser type to protect the form from automated submissions and to limit repeated requests.
• We do not ask for an email, a card or a full address on the site; the address is confirmed on the call.

Why

Only to fulfil the order: passing the name and number to the distribution partner who calls you and delivers the product. And for site security: preventing automated and repeated submissions.

Who we share with

With the distribution partner (the CPA.TL network) which handles the call and delivery, and with the hosting provider (Cloudflare) which processes the request technically. We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

A log of failed submissions is kept for 30 days for reprocessing and then deleted. The site keeps no customer database of its own.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising-tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set a technical cookie for site protection.

Your rights

You can ask for your data to be deleted or disclosed by writing to info@lebanondiet.org. We reply within 14 days.
