Order questions

Anything about a specific order — delivery time, address change, returns — is answered by the operator who calls after you leave your details in the form. We have no public phone number for orders, so that no order is lost outside the system.

Price notes

If the price on the call differs from the page, send us the product name and the date and we will correct the page. The current price and any promotions or discounts in force on the day of the order are confirmed by the operator on the call, and the lira equivalent shown on pages is approximate at the exchange rate.

Suggestions and corrections

Spotted an error in the listed ingredients, in the directions for use, or in a page’s translation? Send us the page link and the paragraph, and we will check it against the pack and the manufacturer’s materials. Suggestions of products available in Lebanon that we have not listed yet are welcome too.

What we cannot help with

• Individual medical or dietary advice — which is why the dietitians page explains how to find a licensed practitioner in Lebanon.
• Tracking a shipment after it has been confirmed — that sits with the delivery partner who called you.
• Wholesale or pharmacy purchases — the site is for individual orders only.
