About the site

Lebanon Diet is an independent guide to the food supplements and care products that can be ordered in Lebanon with cash on delivery — written from an everyday-nutrition angle, not from the shelf.

What we do

We gather the products that can actually be ordered in Lebanon through our partners, and write one page per product that answers the questions people ask before buying: how much it costs, what people who ordered it say, what its formula lists, how it is used, and who it suits. Then we add what you will not find on the manufacturer’s landing page: a note on the food that goes with the product and on what no supplement can make up for.

The site is Arabic first, with a complete English version for anyone who prefers it.

Where the information comes from

• Price, format and availability — from the distribution partner, updated at every change.
• Ingredients — only what the manufacturer states on the pack or in its materials. If nothing is stated, we write that the full list is on the pack, and we do not invent.
• How to use — by format (capsules, effervescent tablets, topical products) and pack directions.
• Nutrition tips — from the well-known general guidance of the Mediterranean diet, adapted to the Lebanese table.

How the editorial rating is calculated

The rating out of 5 is the site team’s view of the use and ordering experience, not a buyer rating. It is made of four criteria on the same scale out of 5: ease of use, format and pack, ordering experience, and price for what you get. We do not lower a rating for information the manufacturer has not published — missing data is not a product defect.

How buyer reviews are collected

After delivery a short follow-up form is sent, and post-delivery calls are made on a sample of orders. We ask people to talk about what they can actually judge: use, packaging, ordering and delivery, and whether what arrived matched the description. Reviews are published with first name and city as received. The product page shows a selection; the reviews page shows all of them.

Disclosure

The site lists partner products and earns a commission on orders. This does not change the price you pay and does not affect what we write in the nutrition and safe-use sections.

The domain and its history

For years this domain hosted the website of the Lebanese Dietetic Association and later the Lebanese Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics (LAND). The current site is fully independent and not connected to either.
