How do I order a product?
Open the product page, leave your name and phone number in the form, and an operator calls during working hours to confirm the order, the address, and whether delivery to your area is available and on what terms. No bank card and no registration.
Can I order by phone directly?
The form is the only way; the operator’s call follows. That way no order gets lost.
How long does delivery take?
The operator confirms it according to your area: usually a few days in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, a little longer for the north, the south and the Bekaa.
Is payment in dollars?
The price is in US dollars, with an approximate lira equivalent beside it. You pay the courier in cash on delivery, in dollars or in lira at the current exchange rate. The current price and any promotions or discounts in force are confirmed by the operator on the call. No hidden fees.
Is the parcel discreet?
Yes. Plain packaging with no description of the contents, and the call is only to confirm the address.
Can I check the pack before paying?
Yes, you check the pack on delivery before paying the courier. Return terms are explained by the operator on the confirmation call.
Are the products medicines?
No. They are all food supplements or care products. They do not replace any treatment prescribed by a doctor, and no prescribed medicine is stopped on your own.
How do I choose between two similar products?
Each product page shows the listed ingredients, the price, the format and who it suits, and its FAQ compares it with its neighbours in the category. Do not combine two products from the same category on the same day.
How are ratings calculated?
The editorial rating out of 5 is the site team’s view of the use and ordering experience on four criteria. Buyer reviews are collected after delivery and published as received. The two are clearly separated on every page.
Does the site sell the products itself?
The site is an independent guide listing partner products and earns a commission on orders. The partner handles the call, delivery and payment.
Is the product available in another country?
Some are; the product page lists the countries with a link to Sehha360 for prices there. This site is dedicated to Lebanon only.
